Introduction to the Series: When Holy Meets Unholy
Have you ever walked into a place and instantly felt out of place—like you didn’t belong? Maybe you were wearing the wrong thing, or you felt like everyone around you had their life together while yours was falling apart.
That’s a little bit of what happened to Isaiah in the Bible. He thought he was doing okay—until he came face-to-face with God’s holiness. In that moment, everything changed. He saw God differently. He saw himself differently. And by the end of it, he was never the same.
This blog series is for anyone who feels stuck, ashamed, or lost. Especially if you’re fighting a life-dominating struggle like addiction, Isaiah’s story gives us real hope. Over the next four weeks, we’ll walk through Isaiah 6:1–7 and look at:
-
What happens when we truly see God for who He is
-
Why seeing our own brokenness is painful—but necessary
-
How God steps in with grace when we can’t fix ourselves
-
What it means to live with a new purpose after being forgiven
Each post is short, practical, and rooted in Scripture. You don’t have to have it all together to follow along—just an open heart.
Our prayer is that by the end of this series, you’ll see God more clearly, understand yourself more honestly, and know that there is hope, no matter how far you’ve fallen. There’s grace for you. And a calling too.
So come as you are. Let’s walk this journey together.
